amazon-mantis: new device

Working:

• USB Networking (with CONFIG_USB_ETH=y)
• USB OTG
• Flashing (only tested via recovery)
• Display (HDMI output)

The kernel only compiles with armv7, although the device supports aarch64. The Stick uses an MT7668 for connectivity, for which the drives can be found here.
