samsung-i9100g: new device

Administrator requested to merge samsung-i9100g into master

Compared to the normal S II, the i9100g version features a TI OMAP 4430 SoC instead of an Exynos one. These packages are almost a copy of the normal i9100. Mainlining could also be done with the help of this kernel

Wi-Fi is working only partially because NetworkManager doesn't want to work. Using wpa_supplicant standalone is fine.
