lg vee7e, change to gcc6 and armv7

here is the promised change to armv7 and also a change to gcc6, since that made it boot again (i think when i made this port originally we were using gcc8). now it is booting again, but weston doesn't want to launch, so i need to look into that.

Might just be because the kernel is old. Weston 7 and newer has issues on old kernels if I recall correctly.
