mesa-pvr-dri-classic: Use different source

Administrator requested to merge mesa-pvr into master

Update llvm dependency to 12 and use different source for mesa. Changing source to freemangordon's branch as that is much more stable and does not crash, got firefox running, which with older mesa would crash the GPU.
