tolino-shine3: new device

Administrator requested to merge shine3 into master

Kernel is known to work on that device, also u-boot, but no real tests with the full pmOS image are done. I do not own that device, I just helped out someone because in was bought in the expection that it is technically fully equal to the Kobo Clara HD. So please test that.
