samsung-t0lte: add speaker and mic audio

Thanks to @jenneron, @Toonis and a few others, I have managed to get audio partially working on t0lte. I would have got headphone working too, but it appears the upstream kernel driver actually only properly works for samsung-m0. I don't (yet) have the expertise to amend the driver code.
