kde/powerdevil: change libexec install path to reflect expected location in plasma-phone-components

Administrator requested to merge fix/powerdevil-install-paths into master

Lets stop forcing it to /usr/lib when plasma-phone-components expects it in /usr/lib/libexec, where it's installed by default.

This MR resolves #224 (closed).
