Hi Clayton! Glad you made this MR. Will most likely test soon (probably when I'm done with my TF-A/U-Boot experiments: https://git.vitali64.duckdns.org/misc/trustedfirmware-a.git).

In the meantime, I'm Cc'ing @exkc so that they can test this on their set-top boxes, but I don't think there will be much regressions (if any).

Also, before I forget, can you please enable support for USB DVB devices? The DVB hardware in all Amlogic devices don't work yet (they all lack a demuxer) so some people may want to use a USB DVB device instead. If you could enable support for those it would be nice, but it can still be done later if you want.

Btw CONFIG_ARCH_VEXPRESS=y is quite useless. It makes the kernel build compile dtb that in /boot/dts/arm/* . (Those dtb are useless for the this kernel.)

You should clarify in the commit message that hardware video decoding works only when using a patched FFmpeg.

@vitali64yt fyi I updated this to 6.3.3 (was 6.3.1), for no reason other than to keep it up to date... I re-tested on my C2 and it seems fine.
