Pinetab 2 support

Administrator requested to merge pinetab2 into master

This merge request adds support for the Pine64 PineTab 2.

TODO:

  • Get rid of U-Boot
  • Fix pbsplash screen size being very small as well as not being able to rotate the splash
  • Gravity cat not amused
