google-bonito: new device (RFT)

This adds support for the Pixel 3a XL with the SOFEF00 panel, thanks to a tested panel driver from @77z.us. The full port has not been tested, and I believe there's a bug that turns the screen back on after turning it off with the power button once, so this is a request for test.

This should work, although I can't be as confident as with the non-XL model.

Note: The CI for my fork is self-hosted.

Apparently, there's a bug in the panel driver where DSI commands are sent in the unprepare function. I'll wait for a fix to be tested and submitted.
