Add Lomiri UI package

2025-01-11: Let's get the Lomiri UI package finally into edge, it won't get any more issue-free if we keep it longer out-of-tree, so let's enable users to more easily test and hopefully fix various issues that exist with the Lomiri stack.

This has become a sort of staging repo for upstreaming Lomiri to Alpine. postmarketOS specific packages will be merged into pmaports (deviceinfo-converter, postmarketos-ui-lomiri), but all other packages should and will be upstreamed. If you stumble across this MR and would like to help, please ask in one of the postmarketOS Matrix rooms or comment on this MR.

Original Description: Upgrade the entire Lomiri stack to use Mir2 and add the required packages to use Lomiri on Mir2. It also adds some misc click apps for testing with Mir2.
