pine64-pinephone, purism-librem5dev: remove gpsd config

See #2340 (closed) and subsequent discussion for context.

Would be good if someone could test that this works on an actual device before it gets merged (I don't have the relevant hardware available). The main thing to test would just be that it doesn't cause any errors when upgrading.
