samsung-coreprimevelte: random fixups

Administrator requested to merge coreprime-fixups into master
  • Fix downstream kernel failing to compile, related to !4539 (merged). While at it, enable PROC_DEVICETREE.
  • Move the downstream port to the unmaintained/ category, as the mainline port is almost as capable (and, in my opinion, still somewhat more usable).
  • Upgrade the mainline kernel to 6.6, and add patches for Bluetooth and poweroff support.
  • Also correct the model name (it's Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE LTE, not Samsung Galaxy Core Prime LTE).
