Administrator requested to merge lenovo-kuntao into master

msm8953 based Lenovo P2 released in 2016

marking as draft untill next release of msm8953-mainline/linux, will drop modules-initfs before merge if there is no display untill next release of the kernel

need to add lk2nd as kernel is not flashing from userspace without lk2nd
