xiaomi-fog: new device

Work: Battery percentage, USB and RNDIS. Touchscreen works when using the firmware from /vendor/ Someday I'll add firmware-xiaomi-fog when I fix something else or make it more stable

Doesn't work: wifi, bt, modem, GPU, etc.
