Add PineTab support

There's stuff left in the pinetab branch that's not included in this MR yet because it shouldn't be in the pinetab MR.

Currently sway is the only UI that displays in the correct orientation to use with the keyboard but xorg/xwayland doesn't work yet making it not very useful.

Plasma Mobile runs in the portrait orientation. While you can use it with the keyboard case I advise against it because it's pretty bad for your neck.

(The binary repo is up-to-date again, I've restarted the CI job and it passes now.)
