linux-postmarketos-allwinner: enable framebuffer

This makes the framebuffer available during the boot process, so it will be present in the initramfs and the postmarketOS splashscreen displayed correctly

Please somebody test it on the other pine devices

Works on the pinephone :)

I think this commit broke backlight for me on dontbeevil, at bootup, screen briefly flashes, and then when sets backlight to 0 level. After that I have to ssh-in and increase backlight.

I see the splash on the pinephone (the devkit is dontbeevil), after that my pinephone reboots, but without this change it reboots anyway so I don't think that's related.
