linux-postmarketos-allwinner: enable framebuffer

Administrator requested to merge linux-postmarketos-allwinner-framebuffer into master

This makes the framebuffer available during the boot process, so it will be present in the initramfs and the postmarketOS splashscreen displayed correctly

Please somebody test it on the other pine devices
