Draft: sony-togari: new device

This adds device ports to Sony Xperia Z Ultra (sony-togari). Only tested with mainline kernel. DTS is derived from Sony Xperia Z1 Compact (sony-amami) and shares sony-rhine as a common device with Sony Xperia Z1 (sony-honami) aswell. Only notable difference is the touchscreen module used is from maxim instead of synaptic, the same one used in Xperia Z2. Touchscreen is currently disabled.
