temp/gtk4.0: drop

Upstream release is mostly finished, so let's get rid of this!

GNOME Console still didn't have the new popover even with its 47.0 upgrade. We have a checklist at https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/2680#note_1819727056 (that issue should also be closed by this MR).

Additionally, please make this comply with our commitstyle to set the right precedent :)
