extra-repos/systemd/systemd-services: fix subpackage names for Plasma and Waydroid services

The package names should be the original package names + the -systemd suffix. I did this wrongly breaking both KDE Plasma and Waydroid

added systemd type::fix ui-plasma-desktop ui-plasma-mobile labels
