temp/libcamera: backport more swISP patches

The later is required e.g on the Pixel 3a front camera to work with the common 1920x1080 mode - which is the default in Snapshot 47.1 (https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/73430)

Further review is still pending for the patches upstream, but the commits fix some of the most common issues on devices using the swISP, thus I think they're already worth landing.
