asus-zenfone3: new device

This device can boot the mainline kernel, and the necessary device tree was recently merged. However, until a new linux-postmarketos-msm8953 and lk2nd tags is available, I think I'll keep this as draft for now

The audio will work once a new soc-qcom-msm8953 with updated Alsa UCM configurations is available.

so far only these are confirmed to work:

• lcd
• sdcard
• wifi + bluetooth
• touchscreen
• audio
• battery
  • could not confirm 100% since my battery is kinda broken now
  • would not charge to 100% from mainline kernel (but it does on downstream)
• ramoops
  • I aligned with the lk2nd, because the downstream kernel couldn't read it
• modem
• gps
• cm3323e light sensor at the back

I decided to create a one folder for two devices (ZE520KL & ZE552KL), just like how LineageOS and the downstream kernel handle it. Wdyt? Should I keep it this way, or split them into two folders? They are almost identical, though.

Thanks for the contribution, looks good to me.

1. Triggered the failed pipeline steps, they probably were stuck due to upgrades to pmboostrap.

2. I think updating the wiki-page with regards to the two device-subtypes would be a good thing to do. At the sametime a link to this MR could also be added.
