Draft: temp/gtk-meshtastic-client: Initial commit

This is support for the Gtk Meshtastic Client

Some python packages have been upstreamed to Alpine already, now we are waiting on: https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/73880

This is just a draft PR to allow others to test while I upstream the support to Alpine

If anyone has any ideas on how to build dash for Alpine, let me know. I'm currently stuck on: https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/73880#note_449309

Normally we'd send packages like these upstream to Alpine aports, instead of having them in pmaports. Have you considered doing that?
