Sony-togari: new device

I reopen the MR as the original MR (!5394 (closed)) was closed during the migration. Since !5725 (merged) is merged, it also added the device support for sony-togari. This adds device ports to Sony Xperia Z Ultra (sony-togari). DTS is derived from Sony Xperia Z1 Compact (sony-amami) and shares sony-rhine as a common device with Sony Xperia Z1 (sony-honami) aswell. Only notable difference is the touchscreen module used is from maxim instead of synaptic, the same one used in Xperia Z2. Touchscreen is currently disabled.

Tested with the new kernel.
