temp/gnome-shell-mobile: remove dependency on removed networkmanager-common

The subpackage got removed from Alpine. Previously there was an -elogind and non-elogind variant of networkmanager. That has been removed and brought back to only 1 package that's built with elogind support enabled. Because of this there was no need for a -common package anymore so it got dropped.
