device-qcom-msm8953: Move to community

This MR is a proposal for replace individual msm8953 device packages with generic device-qcom-msm8953 package. The feature set is same.

Additional Changes:

• move xiaomi-onclite and xiaomi-rosy to archived.

• xiaomi-daisy aftermarket touch config
• Move maintainers into the generic package
• Update wiki

Also it would be good to have participants with these devices in the TestingTeam. Found only one xiaomi-mido listed from the devices affected.
