linux-next: enable qcom CPUCP mbox
Split from !5801 (merged) so folks building that MR won't be forced to build the whole kernel.
The state of CPUCP upstream is a bit iffy right now, but hopefully this option will be enabled in the defconfig once firmware bugs are resolved and we'll be able to remove it here. https://lore.kernel.org/linux-arm-msm/48cfd337-e691-7f10-71df-f6389e098e67@quicinc.com/
