Draft: postmarketos-ui-sxmo-de-{dwm,sway}: enable systemd

Enable using systemd with sxmo - the idea is that users can choose between using systemd or openRC when installing sxmo on postmarketOS. Relies on https://lists.sr.ht/~mil/sxmo-devel/patches/56008 and any future revisions of this patch.

• Are there any additional dependencies Sxmo relies on when running on systemd?
