linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916: upgrade to 6.12.1
- Update to Linux v6.12.1
- Lots of cleanup and upstreaming, more than 30 commits upstreamed since 6.7
- Various defconfig updates

- serranove gains hardware-side display flip and brightness control

Also drop the video=...reflect_x workaround for samsung-serranove. This was meant to fix the horizontally flipped display panel, but never worked properly in all panels. @jakko submitted a patch to fix this properly and even upstreamed the driver! Fixes #1340 (closed)
Depends on !5835 (merged) for ZRAM kconfigcheck to pass.
