soc-qcom-sdm845: update ucm conf to fix poco f1 mic during calls

Update ucm conf to a version that contains a workaround to get the bottom mic working again in voice calls.

@caleb I reviewed the ucm conf side changes. Looks good to me. It would be nice to have this in as it fixes the broken call audio in Poco F1.

Confusingly, after two days of calls working great, I had the same problems tonight and I had to switch to the HiFi config in order for the other party to hear me.

I think, I should investigate what's happening.
