Draft: Dc roma pad ii

The dc roma pad 2 by deepcomputing is the first device with spacemit k1 soc and currently uses a proprietary uboot implementation. therefore this MR is meant as a base to improve on, not a finished solution. the build succeeds but currently I use the copy of the original software (debian implementation) and exchange the rootfs with the exported rootfs of postmarketOS.
