Move pinephone, librem5 from main to community

As I've proposed in the postmarketos-devel matrix chat yesterday, this MR moves the pinephone and librem5 from the main category to community for the v24.12 release.

  • pinephone:

    • pre-built images currently don't boot: #3366 (closed) (upgrading from v24.06 is a working installation path though as reported in the testing issue). it would of course be great to fix it before the release, but I'm not sure if we can do that. the issue is currently assigned to me, I'm not sure if I'll have enough time for this. (Looked into it a bit now, seems complex.)
    • besides that, there seem to be other serious regressions / bugs like "Battery drains way faster than before with 24.06" reported in #3359 (comment 459502)

  • librem5:

    • seems to have some major regressions / bugs, for example camera issues in #3228 (closed), multiple issues with call audio related issues (e.g. #2626 which we also have in community devices... but for main I'd rather have it consistently working).
    • has not been tested yet in the v24.12 issue
    • IIRC @craftyguy already recommended that we drop it from main to community some time ago

Let's set high standards again for main and either get these in again if the ports improve and become more stable, and/or get one of the androids in where a lot of development has been going on and we even have camera working now in some cases. The work on the PCB that is required for automatic hardware tests is also progressing, maybe we could say in the future that for all devices in main we require automatic hardware tests that periodically ensure some features are working, I would like to see that (but let's wait until the hardware tests are usable for that).

@alistair23, @Newbyte, @craftyguy, @Arnavion, @PsychoGame: With that I of course don't mean to dismiss all the work you have put into these device ports. They have been and still are very useful, and it enables some people to make improvements to all of postmarketOS / the wider Linux Mobile community. These device ports would still be in the community category and could still be used and improved, it would just better reflect how much we as a project invest time into these.
