Draft: systemd/util-linux-pmos: fork from alpine

  • logger -> journald

  • agetty, walls, mount, the login-utils and a few others. Shared components have HAVE_SYSTEMD and USE_SYSTEMD macros

  • also adjusted to a meson for a simpler APKBUILD

  • not building hexdump as this is part of the default pmbootstrap install

  • rename to avoid cyclical dependency

This should mainly make bootmac log to journald. Still needs testing, hence drafted.
