samsung-loganrelte: add display support, fix ssh over usb

This MR enables display support for the samsung-loganrelte (Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 LTE). The display works only when booting from the charging screen (when connecting a cable in shut down state), I'm not sure why. SSH over USB works now no matter of what UI is chosen, MAC address randomization is removed, though.
