It's failing because bpo is unable to publish the new abuild pkg in the staging binary repo, because it cannot finish the queue for that repo (because we introduced a circular dep in the queue). x86_64 worked because, by some miracle, bpo's x86_64 queue for the staging branch is fine.

Anyways, we'll need to skip the build test for this reason, to merge this.
