firmware-qcom-msm8953: add Lenovo ThinkSmart View (CD-18781Y) firmware

Adds all required firmware for the Lenovo ThinkSmart View. Kernel changes to support the device went in together with !6041 (merged)

With this MR the device will be supported by the Generic MSM8953 (qcom-msm8953) images built from edge. Only missing part is sound support for which I already have a working hack that I'm cleaning up to get it upstreamed. The necessary firmware for the amp/DSP is included in this package already.
