device-samsung-*: use extra initfs for Samsung's Broadcom Kona-based devices

knuxify requested to merge knuxify/pmaports:kona-initfs-extra into master

These all have 8MB boot partitions and similar kernels, so they most likely all require the extra initfs to be enabled. (kylepro change mimics kyleprods change - the two are basically identical.)
