systemd/systemd-services: Add additional hexagonrpcd unit files
Matching the initd files, including a hexagonrpcd_fw_dir environment variable that can be overwritten for individual devices.
And add systemd-packages for some devices.
Includes google-sargo: install q6voiced for any init system (!6107 - merged)
Closes systemd/sargo: Sensors (auto-rotation) broken (#3468 - closed)
Related temp/iio-sensor-proxy: upgrade libssc patches (!6040 - merged)
