main/postmarketos-initramfs: fix filesystem detection regex again

Pretty sure when you already have a-z specified as range, second one should be A-Z and not A-z.

The commit title mentions "MR 5812", that should be fixed to use the current MR #. That commit also isn't the one that introduced this bug, but finding the one to blame is not as important.
