device-xiaomi-davinci: Stop depending on now nonexistent unl0kr quirk

Commit cb7074d8 removed this subpackage and unconditionally enabled the unl0kr quirk in soc-qcom-sm7150, but the xiaomi-davinci device package was never updated to account for this.
