If you search for "systemd-oomd issues" on the internet there are lots of complaints from Fedora users, where this is enabled by default, of sd-oomd being overzealous...
So, this needs a bit of testing, but most of it will probably need to happen post-merge since it'll be difficult to come up with corner cases and usage situations where sd-oomd might be problematic. In other words, merging this in edge sooner is probably better than trying to exhaustively test this pre-merge.
