main/postmarketos-base: drop udev-based firmware loading
I do not have a device to test this on, but it should be correct as far as udev
is concerned. At least there is nothing in the packaging for eudev in Alpine that indicates commit which removed firmware support was reverted.

CONFIG_FW_LOADER_USER_HELPER_FALLBACK=n
in kconfig check.. or not

First of all, sorry this got too little feedback. From my complete lack of understanding of this. How will the firmware installed under
/lib/firmware/postmarketos
be picked by the kernel from now on? There seems to be a considerable amount of packages that use that path
