main/postmarketos-ui-cosmic: add gnome-keyring to pmb_recommends

This is used by the DE's upstream (popOS), and works reasonably well so let's install it by default so that apps that depend on secret manager things work OOTB.

Along with this patch in Alpine aports, gnome-keyring should just work OOTB on COSMIC
