device-xiaomi-nabu: revert to package firmware instead of msm-firmware-loader

Xiaomi makes very hard to make the idea of loading the firmware from the device partition work, so we ended up still packaging some firmware on the device package, this is not only not ideal but i think it messes with the package license, so going back to packaged firmware
