device-pine64-pinenote: add sway, x11, xournalpp subpackage

Depends on !6811 (merged) and !6796 (merged)

• add partition-table.txt which sets the partition table using rkdeveloptool. Due to lack of support from pmbootstrap, currently has to be done manually. Comments are added in deviceinfo to make that clear.
• removes from deviceinfo deviceinfo_sd_embed_firmware as unused. Due to lack of support from pmbootstrap for flashing u-bout using pmbootstrap, currently has to be done manually. Comments are added in deviceinfo to make that clear.
• add sway subpackage, integrating hrdl config files and adding dependencies in under temp directory until Alpine accepts the new aports (rot8, pneink-theme, nwg-menu)
• add x11 subpackage, moving X11-related files to own subpackage
• add xournalpp subpackage, includes xournal++ config files for e-ink screen
• fixes missing wifi firmware due to missing symbolic link
