qcom-msm89{05,09,16,39}: Remove _pmb_select="soc-qcom-msm8916-rproc" from APKBUILD

Fix "pmbootstrap init" (provider package was removed).

!7075 (merged) dropped support for selecting the msm8916 rproc option during "pmbootstrap init".

However, the provider selection entry remained in the APKBUILD for device-generic-zhihe, meaning it was impossible to complete "pmbootstrap init" for that device.

I have removed the _pmb_select line and tested that pmbootstrap can build and flash a Zhihe generic 4G modem stick with the changes from this MR.
