linux-postmarketos-exynos4: update to 6.16.10 & device-samsung-t0{3g,lte}: update dtbs to match

Some notable changes are:

  • Add qcom mdm9x15 modem dts nodes for midas (@Jack_Kekzoz)
  • Add hack with possibility to power cycle ehci usb controller
  • Split p4note into wifi and lte variants (@viciouss)
  • Add Imagis ISA1200 haptic driver (@viciouss)
  • Drop custom initramfs from kernel. Was only needed by 4210 and they can use u-boot now.
  • Add wacom9000 stylus driver (by @Eisenbahnfan, taken from exynos5 kernel)
  • .. and some general cleanup to make dtbs_check happy
