systemd/plasma-workspace: install the Wayland SDDM session config

Makes SDDM use KWin as it's compositor and thus run on Wayland rather than X11. This is what the Alpine packaging has done for quite a while now and actually fixes my PC just showing a black screen until I've logged in (by just starting to type my password blindly).
