linux-bananapi-bpi-m2-zero: upgrade to 6.18.0_rc1

Has been tested on my device. Before upgrading please make sure the UUID for the boot partition in /etc/fstab is correct and the partition is mounted. For me the UUID was off for some reason and therefore the new kernel wasn't actually written to the boot partition.

This also updates the package to comply with kconfig checks.
