xiaomi-tucana: add firmware package

Generic SM7150 device package now requires packaging the firmware as of #6703.

This pull request adds the firmware package for Xiaomi Mi Note 10 / Mi CC9 Pro and also updates the alsa-ucm-conf package for a proper audio channel count
